As an ecologist from Costa Rica, I was thrilled to discover Horizon Hotel & Yoga Center during our family vacation in Santa Teresa. The eco-friendly ethos of the hotel perfectly aligned with my values, and the emphasis on nature and relaxation was a welcome respite. The family-friendly amenities such as the freshwater pool and well-equipped villas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter particularly loved the hanging day bed on the balcony where she could nap peacefully, while I soaked in the serene surroundings.The yoga classes on the panoramic ocean view deck were a highlight for us. It was a great experience to practice yoga overlooking the beach, with the sound of the waves creating a peaceful ambiance. The carefully chosen professionals leading the classes ensured that both beginners and intermediate yogis could benefit from the sessions. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach made it convenient for our family to explore the area.Our accommodation was not only beautiful and elegant but also provided all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The option to cook in the well-stocked kitchen or enjoy delicious meals at the on-site cafe added to the overall experience. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for during our time at Horizon. This oceanview resort truly is the perfect place for a tropical yoga retreat, and we can't wait to return on our next family vacation.
